Holy Moly we are almost there! We go in to the hospital on Tuesday around nine and a little after noon we will have baby Alexis….I can’t wait. I am excited to meet her but I really just want to be done being pregnant. This pregnancy has been hard more in the emotional sense than any other. The new year is right around the corner, hopefully we can kick it off with a bang..I will be in the hospital for the first couple of days then home taking care of my newborn and my other wonderful children. So far Alexis weighs a little over five pounds so the doc said at most he expects her to be a little over six pounds….I find this shocking since both Chase and Kaylee were well over eight…we shall see!!! I feel just about ready, I have yet to pack a bag…I have started doing this several times but lost all enthusiasm, my doctor was surprised he told me to get on it…guess I should do that. My dad and his wife are coming up from Phoenix they should be here on Saturday night or early Sunday morning. I am excited for that too, as are my children! Yea for the holidays and having babies! Congrats to Chris and Karen on their new baby Ryan and soon for Becks and Jim on baby Sophie!

So I realize it has been a month or two of Sunday’s since I came here last, in my defense it is not like I haven’t tried. I have been trying unsuccessfully from my iphone, I actually am getting annoyed because all I can do is title it…I can’t seem to post anything. I am sure with some tinkering I can get it figured out, in the mean time I’m just annoyed. Let’s see what to update on…I am on short term leave from work until baby Alexis joins the family. It might have something to do with the breakdown I had in front of my doctor but he insists that I not work…which has been nice, somedays I suppose. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE spending time with my family while getting paid for it, I think I’m more afraid that I will get used to it…and we cannot aford for me to get used to it! Unless we sold our house (hahahaha) and moved into an apartment…then I would just go crazy! Oh well…at any rate Alexis will be here in about 6 weeks…which I am stoked about, the doctor said last friday he may want to push my appointment up by a day or two so I could be having her right after Christmas instead of on the 30th. We shall see!…other than all that things are same ol same ol around here, just trying to keep my wits about me!

so we haven’t talked in a bit…to fill you in, my journey toward fat freedom is slow going because I am two and a half months pregnant….NICE…not expected, however probably expected…if that makes any sense. We were not being very “careful” and well when your not shit happens…I’m not gonna lie. It’s not the worst surprise I will say, but it definitely took some getting used too. I was on this fat freedom kick and career kick that I wasn’t thinking life changing would be so soon and come in such a way. Now back to the fat freedom part since I have found out about the baby, I have lost 9 pounds. Yes, I have discussed this with my doctor and yes he says its okay to loose weight as long as it isn’t extreme weight loss. So there you go and I wasn’t even trying to loose weight. It has just been happening..but look I know it won’t last for long! At any rate the crazy thing about me being prego is that a friend of mine is prego too! And we are due around the same time as one another!!! CRAZZZZYYY! I am due January 9th but because I have to have c-section I will be having the baby on the first…(im pushin the doc to the 30 or 31st…gotta get a tax break a year early (don’t act like you werent thinkin it!!!))

eeeek at $80 a week I feel like I’m getting raped at the pump ($3.97 a gallon) and they aren’t even using lube….badumpah….

end of week four on diet….everything is going well….the unknown right now is how much weight I have lost….I didn’t buy a scale when I started…(well planned I know)…so after week three I buy one I know I’m losing inches slowly however I underestimated my original weight..so its been quite difficult to gage how much I have lost…so now I weigh in once a week and I’m going to start measuring for inches…tomorrow I’m going to pick up some workout gear so I can start incorporating exercise. Walking just doesn’t cut it, at first I felt a difference in flexiblity and the tingle after walking. Now it’s gotten to be an activity I do less and I feel a lesser amount of satisfaction afterwards. I am hearing some friends of mine share their success and feeling left out and jealous so its time I step it up a notch. Wish me luck!

There is a MASSIVE t.v. in my living room!…my little sister moved in with me…and my diet is still on…great weekend got some yard work done (okay I paid teenagers to mow) and now I can’t sleep. The laundry is behind, we didn’t get my son’s room cleaned like I had planned and in the back of my mind is money…we have to start building up the savings for our trip to Disney world next year…I want to get the roof done this summer and while doing the roof I would like to get the back porch redone…pay off a couple of things and maybe get my hubby a new computer since he is being so great about my little sister moving in with us….holy cow my mind is going a mile a minute and my fingers won’t catch up!….to top it off I can’t seem to kick this cough I have had going on now for almost two weeks…weather change…allergies…whatever it is I need it to exit so I can rest my head!!!

So I’m hanging out with some friends and the subject of finance comes up…me being who I am and it just so happens that I am a lender by trade…..I start to spread my wings of knowledge…while on my soapbox someone says that’s what you should blog about!…Beings that I don’t blog…I’m thinking this can’t possibly be the best idea…who is going to care…who is going to read this….the only reason I started this blog is because I got a new mac and while playing with its features and learning its niches I started to expand my online usage…I do not know if this will ever be something I really get into conversation but typing something passionately and talking about it to ones person is entirely different and to talk about it on a website that I’m sure NOBODY is going to read makes me think it even less of an idea. This is where I am apparently wrong…we shall see, but for now I will continue to doogie hauser this….is that even how you spell his name?
